“This is a great house for a crowd with open, welcoming kitchen/living room with a view in an amazing isolated spot overlooking a beach along the NC500. Sheep in the front and the waterfall a wee walk in the back. Good spot for a family or a big group of friends (lots of twin beds, and nearly all rooms have private bath) with amazing facilities to feed a big group (two dishwashers, two fridges, good pots, pans etc). The AGA kept things toasty, and there were loads of games, books and you can...

“Lovely place with fantastic views and a sunset to die for. 2 mins walk to beach, very peaceful. The whole place was very high end and well cared for. Sean greeted us at the property, handed us slippers and showed us round. Even brought us 2 chairs for the patio when we asked. We felt we were in a 5* hotel and a little bit nervous of living up to the exacting standards...every surface was covered, even the sofa. Notices everywhere! Despite that we loved every minute. Only things missing..a dish...

“Very comfy and cosy house, it’s in a small village which isn’t clear but has a lovely back and front garden. Just a quick walk to the amazing beach The road I thought might be busy with 500 ers but they had to drive slowly so wasn’t noisy. Bring a sharp knife!”

“Wir waren mit 5 Personen für 2 Wochen dort. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit WC sind vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Wanderausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend schön, egal ob an der Küste oder im Landesinneren. Auto ist aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage notwendig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert.”

"We we're very well taken care of by all the staff. Very nice and tasty meals! The hotel is definitely worth a stay although the road there could be a lot better. We visited nearby Ullapool where we enjoyed a boat trip with Shearwater Cruises and saw seals, harbour porpoises, white tailed eagles and gannets amongst other things."

Fantastiskt ställe!
"Ligger vacker och har en underbart trevlig värd, Richard! Vi njöt av en natt här under vår NC500 resa. Originella rum, dock lite små och inte de skönaste sängarna men bemötande och maten tog över hela upplevelsen. Värdparet och hans fru lägger ner hela sin själ i service och matlagning. Middagen var fantastiskt god likväl som frukosten. Hotellet (4 rum totalt) har en egen bar, dit vi sökte oss efter middagen och Richard underhöll oss med sina härliga historier! Vi hade en fantastisk kväll på Drumbeg Hotel tillsammans med nya vänner som också bodde där. "
