“This was great for our needs-close to family, pet friendly with a fenced yard. The house can accommodate many in one place and has huge potential. There were issues. The house was over mostly clean, but some areas need a deep cleaning-the refrigerator, kitchen ceiling and vent, drawers and cabinets . The oven and garbage disposal did not work. “As a family we were very comfortable in this house and the area. Shopping, restaurants, and parks, were all very convenient. The home is fairly new in a good neighborhood.I would recommend this home with only one caveat, the cooking equipment is very limited. There are very few pans or bowls, making a spaghetti dinner required some creativity. Bed and bath linens were very nice.”

Smashed bug on wall, dirty sheets on one bed no detergent to wash, extremely dirty intake vent, musky smell .. window screens damaged or had none making it hard to let fresh air in with bugs or debris coming inside home, two beds still had plastic wrap on bed. 2 night stay in morning plumbing issue backed up toilets into shower in both restrooms making it impossible for all guest to have a shower.
