Studio Loft #337 offers:
• 800 square feet with two sleeping zones, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio space.
• Downstairs is a queen murphy bed on the wall next to the living space.
• Downstairs are the living space, and kitchenette. The living space has a leather sofa (with a queen fold out sleeper sofa). It also has a television, and DVD player. Upstairs is another queen bed and full bathroom.
• The full kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and a full oven and stove top. The hand built wooden dining table seats six on wooden chairs.
• There are two private bathrooms: upstairs and downstairs. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower. This unit has a portable air conditioner that you will appreciate during the warmer days of summer.
• The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.
Important Note Regarding Fireplace:
Please be advised that the fireplace in this unit is not functioning and will not be available for use during the winter season of 2024/2025. We wanted to make sure you’re fully informed, as this is an important consideration for your comfort. While the fireplace is out of service, the unit has been equipped with oil-filled portable radiators to ensure warmth during colder months. Additionally, the condo has been outfitted with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient windows, designed to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year, including the winter season.
Rest assured, despite the fireplace being unavailable, the heating system and overall insulation in the unit will provide you with a cozy and pleasant living environment. We appreciate your understanding and want to make sure you are completely comfortable in your mountainside lodging.

The Studio Loft is an open studio space with two stories, two bathrooms and two separate sleep zones.
The living zone on the first level has a new leather sofa, charming coffee table and television. It is not hard to imagine the great conversations and stories you’ll get in this comfy gathering zone. It has an electric stove heater for a little extra warmth and coziness.
Next to the living space is the queen murphy bed that by design creates extra space.
Across is the well-equipped upgraded kitchen with granite counters, new cabinetry, white appliances and a full refrigerator. It also includes a toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, a range top plus oven and all the utensils you need for your stay.
The dining table seats six on a custom table with log wooden legs and a log base. It has custom chairs too.
Upstairs is an open loft with a high ceiling, a queen bed and beautiful custom artisan rocking chair and dresser. It is a great zone to relax. There is also a television.
You are located a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Village for après, dining options and some shopping too. In the winter. You are sitting on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, steps from the chairs and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine. If snowtubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. Palisades Tahoe Lodge HOA amenities include a large gym, steam room and sauna, plus indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
The Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool is a big summer favorite and, if that is not enough there are other innumerable fun activities in Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. Do not forget, while staying in Olympic Valley you are just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.
Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
