Villa TELA is a modern and luxurious villa located in unspoiled nature, in the small picturesque village Kučići, close to the town of Omiš.
It offers 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a heated pool with attached 5sqm whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water), sauna, gym, darts, table tennis, PS4, summer kitchen... Can accommodate 10 people max.

The ground floor of Villa Tela offers a private, heated 33sqm swimming pool with an attached 5sqm whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water) for 6 persons, 8 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with an indoor and outdoor covered dining area, a traditional barbecue, and a playground for children. Inside the property is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining and living area with open views of the landscape, a sauna with a shower, and a toilet. Also, at your disposal are two training machines, darts, table tennis, and a PS4.
The first floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms and a laundry. Bedroom No.1 with two single beds (90x200) which can be connected and one extra sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower, double sink, balcony. Bedroom No.2 with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony. Bedroom No.3 with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.4 with a double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, balcony with pool view.
On the lower ground floor is a garage with 2 parking places, and in front of it is a private parking place for 2 more cars. The whole property has video surveillance.

Beautiful property, kept in immaculate condition. Owners very attentive… replied quickly if any issues and immediately sorted them. They had a well equipped kitchen, excellently appointed bedrooms and fun games room. Air conditioning and comfy beds ensured we all slept well. The property is reasonably remote… 15-20 drive from the nearest town. But the area is stunning and there is lots to do, especially in/around the Cetina river. We did white water rafting, kayaking, canyoning and zip lining. There was a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk and bigger shops in Omis. Also lovely small beaches along the coast, again with lots for the children to do. We would definitely return here and would recommend it to all of our friends.

Fantastic Villa

The villa almost left us speechless. Very clean, modern, well-equiped accommodation. Honestly, even better than the pictures and a great host. Would recommend without a doubt. Only thing to consider is the location being more in the countryside/mountain area that requires driving some serpentines. Still, Supermarket and restaurant very close.

Very well equipped, stylish and roomy home. Lots of lovely Mountain View’s. Choice of 3 kitchens all rooms are en-suite. Being early April it was quite chilly so the underfloor heating was very welcome. Owner made us a wonderful cheesecake! Can buy Olive Oil from a house in the village and there are 2 bars and a small shop for essentials 5 minute walk. 15 minute drive down the mountain to the town of Omis. Caves, white water rafting and zip lines all close by. Would recommend, thanks for a lovely stay.

Super schönes Haus und tolle Vermieter

Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern. Eigentlich noch besser! Es ist komplett und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier wurde an nichts gespart und an wirklich alles gedacht, damit sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Es war für alles gesorgt. Es war alles da. Von der hochwertigen Küche Einrichtung, Waschmaschine, Trockner, usw. Über Spül-Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs bus zum Kaffee und Tee war alles da. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg ca. 12 Kilometer von Omis weg und man hat vollkommene Ruhe. Wenn man sich an die kurvige Strecke gewohnt hat, dann ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Täglich wurde der Pool gesäubert und bei allen Fragen wurde immer schnell reagiert - auch wenn sie nichts mit dem Haus zu tun hatten. Sehr hilfsbereite Menschen. Zum krönenden Abschluss wurden wir mit einem kroatischen Essen verwöhnt. Uneingeschränkt kann ich dieses Haus weiterempfehlen! Nochmaks herzlichen Dank!

Stunning Villa

Villa Tela looks exactly like it’s pictures in real life. It is spacious, VERY well equipped and spotlessly clean. Additional bedding was provided for our two week stay and there was an abundance of towels. The outside areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The gym and sauna are great additions to the house. Mirjana and family very kindly provided us with a typical Croatian meal during our stay and there were teas, coffee and a welcome pack (bread, milk, water) including beer and some figs freshly picked off the trees outside. I would highly recommend this villa. It’s a 20 minute drive from Omiš.

Perfect in every way

Thank you again Family Vukasovic for allowing us into your beautiful home, which far exceeded our expectations! Although we did not arrive at the villa until 11:30pm (due to a late flight into Split), the owners were waiting to welcome and show us around. They had also made us the most amazing dessert as a welcome gift. The villa was absolutely spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Fixtures & fittings, appliances , bedding, towels etc all high quality. Thoughtful touches, such as the provision of plug-in insect repellants for the bedrooms (a must in the summer months in Croatia!), little bowls of sweets, ground coffee and much more. All 4 bedrooms are en-suite and spacious with their own balconies. Fabulous pool area with a jacuzzi and the outdoor kitchen was ideal for our al fresco dining! Perfect location just 15 mins from coastal town of Omis, and less than a 5 minute walk to the local shop and cafes. Although next to a minor road , traffic was infrequent and was not visible from the villa due to the well designed landscaping. All windows had electric blinds fitted to the outside which we absolutely loved, helping to keep the villa cool and adding an extra layer of security. All bedrooms had air conditioning (which we also needed!) as did the main living area, On our final night the owners cooked us a fabulous traditional Croatian dish which was a huge hit with even the fussiest amongst our party. To top it all, they made my husband an amazing birthday cake! By far the most amazing villa we have ever rented, made even more special by the friendly and helpful owners. We highly recommend to all. We are already considering a return visit - which is a first for us! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous Villa

The villa is an absolute dream, everything you could need, extremely spacious, top quality finish and furnishings. Great outdoor cooking area and the pool is fab. Air con in every room which was great for the quite hot weather. Everything is lovely and clean, plenty of crockery, towels etc and the beds were very comfortable. The best nights sleep I’ve had in ages! The hosts are wonderful people, really welcomed us to their home, communication was great and they even cooked us a traditional Croatian meal on the last night - we couldn’t have asked for more. The villa is a little remote up in the hills away from Omis, but it’s lovely and peaceful. But it is a 15 min drive down to the town centre for supplies. All in all a lovely holiday and would recommend the villa highly

Traumhaus für Traumurlaub ♥️

Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand und durch die 4 separaten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und eigenem Balkon perfekt für Gruppen geeignet. Die Besitzer waren extrem gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist in den Bergen sehr ruhig gelegen ohne direkte Nachbarschaft. Der nächste Ort (omis) ist allerdings nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto ca. 15 min. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen 👍

Das perfekte Haus

Wir waren im Juli mit 2 Famlien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in diesem Haus. Ich bin eigentlich nicht der Typ für Superlative, aber bei der Buchen dieses Ferienhauses, haben wir alles richtig gemacht. Tolle Qualtität, sehr geschmackvoll Eingerichtet und bis ins letzte Detail ausgestattet (z.B. Tupper für Essensreste). Ein eigenes Bad zu jedem Schlafzimmer macht das Leben schon einfacher. 3 große Tische um mit mindesten 8 Personen gemeinsam zu Essen (innen, außen, Sommerküche) habe ich auch noch nie gesehen. Man könnte hier noch 1.000 weitere Details aufzählen, aber das führt zu weit. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Haus ist ohne Einschränkung zu 100% zu empfehlen. Kurz zu der Umgebenung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in laufnähe. Der Fluß Cetina bietet viele sportliche Möglichkeiten Rafting, Canyonning, Zipline, Kayak. Ausflugsziele Split ca 1 Std., Insel Brace (Traumstrand "Goldenes Horn") per Boot, Trogir ca 1,5 Std. oder Dubrovnik ca, 3 Std. (Achtung Grenzübergang zu BIH. Reisepass nicht vergessen). Entfernungen per Auto. Wenn man vom ersten Augenblick den Urlaub genießen möchte, dann ist das das richtige Feriendomizil.
