Villa Sandra - Private Pool

The villa is fenced, very quiet and very private. There is a parking lot with 3 parking spaces available. There are 3 apartments and 1 Queen Bedroom which are only for you! The property is rented as a holiday home, although all 4 units are separate/independent.

The stairs will take you to the first floor of the villa, there is a One Bedroom Apartment with double bed, a kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and TV.

Moving to the second floor, where is a One Bedroom Apartment with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a Queen Room on the same level (outside the One Bedroom apartment) with a double bed, air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. On the first floor there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool (dimensions 8x3, not heated), an outdoor shower, 7 deckchairs, a wood-burning grill with a sink, designed as an outdoor kitchen.

The stairs go up to the third floor, where the fourth unit is located: a One Bedroom Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate air-conditioned dining room with a view of the sea. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a living room with air conditioning and an internal chimney. Along the entire apartment, a balcony with a splendid sea view.

The house can fit 8 people in 3 apartments and one Room. There are 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 is walk-in shower).
