“We were in town for baseball, this property changed our trip from great to amazing! Peter was extremely hospitable. The house was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The property was stunning and the view from the porch is gorgeous. We are excited to go back and stay again soon!”

“This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!”

“The more I think about it, the more I like this place. It’s a clean and comfortable space that feels like home when you’re on the road. It’s located close to some excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and is a safe place to walk around. Having the nicely equipped kitchen and really good pillows is a definite plus. “I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! Communication...

“Perfect spot for a Dreams Park Tournament stay. 5min to the park and 10 minutes to town. Clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 kid. Pool, fire pit and view were an added bonus.”

And the lake was beautiful! We fished, kayaked and relaxed lakeside between our son's baseball games. I just wish we had more time to stay! “The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity.”

“I had such a nice stay. The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!”

“This property is perfect for a few families staying together headed to All Star Village. It is about a 5 minute drive and quick enough to hop “home” between games. The house is very spread out and felt like each family had their own space.”
