“We had a wonderful stay in San Ignacio at the Babette House. The house and the grounds were beautiful and clean and had all the amenities except access to washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a group of 9. House had everything we needed and what we ran out of we got at the market close by. Maybe needs more towels but not a big problem if you brought your own. “Large 3 bedroom rental. AC units in each bedroom, no AC in living room and kitchen area. Some seasonings and supplies in the kitchen and water jug provided. AC in master bed made loud, irregular noises. Constant barling dogs and crowing rooster made sleep elusive. Beds are very hard. Shower fixtures are aged and one is an electrically heated shower head. There are stores and restaurants nearby. Market area on Burns st is a 20min walk. Taxi or car is preferred. Taxi is 10-20BZD. ”

"I only have positive things to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The location is PERFECT. Right next to all the tour operators, the town square, restaurants, the market, the bus to Xunantunich, etc. The bed was really big and comfortable. Slept like a baby. During a month of travelling this was by far the best sleep we had. The room was quiet and dark as well, and AC provided perfect temperature for once. The room was equipped with a fridge and a freezer, which we loved. It was so convenient. "
