“Jerry was very helpful as we planned our stay, arranging our transportation to/from San Pedro and making us feel comfortable that they would handle anything we needed. On site, Carlos, Lucita and Izer were wonderful hosts. They offered their island expertise as well as delicious food. “The most important is to notice absolutely amazing help in everything provided by Ester. She is unbelievably amazing Lady ready to help the guests in everything. The house was clean however it needs a little renovation especially the kitchen downstairs. Also for such a big house two kayaks included one not good is not enough of water sport equipment. Everything else was great 👍”

“We had an excellent stay and this home was truly perfect for our group of 9 (two families). The two-story layout was ideal: parents took the two bedrooms upstairs, and our 20-somethings had the three bedrooms downstairs—everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. Beds were all very comfortable and we all slept great.We loved having both a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. We cooked breakfast each morning and a couple of dinners and everything we needed was there....

“The facilities were as described and even exceeded our expectations. Terry was an exceptional host. A few issues came up and all were resolved within minutes. (It helps that she lives next door!) The house is at the top of a hill with a good restaurant and a decent supermarket at the bottom. We welcomed the opportunity to get some exercise!”

“This place was even better than the listing! Our family of 5 stayed here very comfortably. The beach is right out the back door. The home even has a kayak, life jackets, snorkel gear and beach toys. Taking a morning paddle every day to the mangroves on the point and seeing all the water birds and sea life with our kids was a huge highlight. This is south of Hopkins in a very quiet private area which was exactly what we wanted. There are 2-3 restaurants within walking distance and more options...

House could use a few updates but nothing major.The best part of your stay will be Erik and his little dog Brownie! Always around to take care of any requests. "I only have positive things to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The location is PERFECT. Right next to all the tour operators, the town square, restaurants, the market, the bus to Xunantunich, etc. The bed was really big and comfortable. Slept like a baby. During a month of travelling this was by far the best sleep we had. The room was quiet and dark as well, and AC provided perfect temperature for once. The room was equipped with a fridge and a freezer, which we loved. It was so convenient. "

"Think of it like a hostel/motel, in terms of standards, and your expectations might be more fairly met. Stains on bedsheets, AC and safety box not working properly, small cockroaches in bathroom at night. You get what you pay for, however we still felt that we payed too much for what we got. (If you are willing to pay some more we would say the best hotel on the island is Iguana Reef Inn - nices beach right infront of the hotel and great location). "
