“The onsite hosts took very good care of us. The house itself was very clean and the food was very good. The property itself was ok. The beds were comfortable but lacked enough seating for both dinner and relaxing inside and on the front deck. We were told there was a washer and dryer. Well, kind of. “It's one room upstairs, not the whole house. Maybe the rest of the house is rented separately, but no one was there while we were. It has a kitchen. The floor was nice the bed was comfy. The shower is stand up with 2 curtains. The renter was communicative. My only picky thing was the shower and faucet water in the bathroom (we did not use the kitchen sink so can't speak on that). “Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay.”

“Our family of 5 vacationed here for our grandson Spring Break. Carlos and Lucita(hope I spelled her name correctly) were more than friendly and accommodating. Carlos is hard working to keep the ground if the location maintained and does it with a smile on his face. Lupita takes her time making dishes to your family likings including fresh fruit with breakfast in the morning. “The house was fantastic. Good beds, nice towels, beautiful surroundings, very nice and friendly people at the reception. We could not have asked for more!”

“Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back. ”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property; everything was very clean - the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, pool. Excellent views of surrounding jungle and great location to explore Mayan ruins and do some cave tubing that wasn’t terribly close, but not a bad drive. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. I love to walk, but not once did I venture to walk up that road. Check in...

“We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. We highly recommend booking with local fly fishing guides and getting out in boat onto the flats. The Villa was well appointed and decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. “It was great to have the beach to ourselves and be within walking distances to shopping, groceries, restaurants we barely drove our rental at all. Highly recommend walking down the beach.
