“The staff was excellent! So friendly and courteous.
It was all just wonderful except the carpet in the room was really dirty. It had been vacuumed and the room was VERY clean. But our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Probably time to replace with hard flooring that can be mopped. ”
“It was super cute and a really good family spot! The game room was a good time filler and the kids loved playing in the play house while the adult relaxed a bit around the fire pit! We are planning another trip in October and this is one the list of places we may stay. I particularly loved the fuzzy comforter it made it feel way more homey in my opinion. ”

The lady in the office went out of her way to see that we two ladies traveling by ourselves had a nice comfortable room and helped us get the tickets we needed to the Passion Play. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. This was my second stay here, and I will stay again if I have the opportunity. ”

“Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. ”

“Offseason was not crowded. Have a wonderful outside pool area, 1/2 basketball & full tennis court, plus a coveted area with a small but fun miniature golf, bean bag throw & ping pong table all free! And more. ”
