“This was an absolutely amazing cottage with a wonderful host family. It was central to everything on Lookout mountain, just a short drive away. Everything was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Grateful for the soaking tub and the laundry access. The host was so thoughtful and my kids enjoyed making s’more’s outside by the fire. “The house was wonderful. Very clean; had an air purifier and Nest AC. Live plants added an extra warm touch. Beds were comfy and we felt right at home! At first glance, the area seemed a little rough, but it’s incredibly conveniently located and was very quiet. Any neighbors we saw were very kind and friendly. “We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there). “We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had.
