The space
If you have the chance to stay at Villa Verde Blu you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Nature Park Učka on one side and a beautiful garden view dominated by a magnificent olive tree. Here you will soon understand that moments of rest, where all troubles disappear, are indeed moments of great peace.

The spacious terrace leads to the heated outdoor swimming pool with an outdoor shower while the terrace pergola perfectly unveils the barbecue station equipped with all necessary appliances. For maximum guest comfort we have ensured free on site private parking places with remote control lock, air-conditioning in all areas along with a fully equipped fireplace and floor heating for cold winter nights.

The heart of this Villa represents the living room fireplace and although not suitable in the summer, it doesn't mean that during cold autumn or winter nights you won't have the opportunity to indulge in the smells and crackling sounds of wood burning in the fireplace. The soothing relaxation woven into every area of this Villa and every detail carefully thought out in order to provide guests maximum comfort will leave no one unimpressed.

This remarkable Villa comes with three bathrooms, four bedrooms with included bed linen and towels free of charge, a dining area, 3 flat-screen TV-s with worldwide cable channels and two kitchens fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and an oven.

In contrast to contemporary decorated living room and bedrooms, we come down to a rustically designed play room dominated by a sleek pool table as well as bar station. The feeling of home and calmness which you will instantly feel are created by greatest friends of rustic style, stone and wood. Elegant curtains create a luxurious and respectable setting in all rooms.

Green representing the adjacent and rich environment of the Nature Park as well as the magnificent and old olive tree and blue representing clear blue skies which reflect in the surface of the swimming pool as well as the island rich coastline in our county.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. Heating of the pool is optional and charged extra in the amount of 100 €/per week. If guests should decide regarding pool heating the host must be given notice minimally 5 days prior.

2. Additional crib for children <2 years old is available, and it is charged 10 €/per day.

3. A damage deposit in the amount of 300 € is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Guests have complete access to all spaces in the property: private parking spaces, terrace, barbecue amenities, private swimming pool with shower, kitchens, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, play room.
The swimming pool is approximately available from 01.06.-30.09.
