This charming condo located at Grande Caribbean condo complex in Orange Beach promises an unforgettable beachfront getaway with its array of amenities and picturesque setting. Here's a recap of the key features:

Location: Nestled right across the street from the beach, guests are treated to breathtaking views and easy access to the shoreline. The private balcony serves as an idyllic spot for enjoying meals al fresco while soaking in the scenery. Public boat ramp located next door to the property. Unfortunately the parking are cannot accommodate boat/trailer parking.

Community Amenities: Guests have the privilege of enjoying shared amenities, notably a swimming pool, common grill area, ands work out room enriching their leisure options throughout their stay.

Living Area: The condo boasts a bright and welcoming living space, adorned with cozy seating and a flatscreen TV complete with cable for entertainment needs.

Kitchen: Equipped with all the essentials, the kitchen facilitates effortless meal preparation, ensuring guests have everything they need for cooking endeavors.

Parking: 2 Parking spaces are allowed per condo. Parking passes must be purchased in advance. The link for parking will be sent prior to arrival. No boat/trailer parking available.

Guest Entry: Access to the condo is streamlined through an E-lock system, ensuring both security and convenience by requiring a unique entry code for each guest.

Additional Information: This rental caters to snowbirds with special rates available upon inquiry. However, pets are not permitted on the premises. Additionally, guests must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 years to rent the property.

Very close to Beach and shopping. Unit was clean but had bare essentials. The pillows were like rocks and the towels were very rough and small. We stayed for a week and were only given two rolls of tp and one trash bag. Overall I would stay again if they updated those items.

Good Bones but Restless Nights

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is good & clean but desperately needs new mattresses for the beds! The condo is in a good location and good views of the pool & beach from the small balcony. For ones sleeping on twin beds, may want to bring a fan if like having air movement while sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome time in Orange Beach. This condo is located directly in front of the public Beach parking. The view from this particular condo was the best in the building as it extends out further and right over the swimming pool. The only things that need to be updated is the refrigerator as it leaks water and freezes into the refrigerator (even when set at appropriate temp), the bed downstairs was definitely not a queen and very hard. The front door did not seal well, when the wind picked up it had very high pitched howls. The things described would not keep me from renting again.
