Wife & a friend loved it

I sent my wife off for a few days so I could get some peace. She and a friend stayed at the condo and had a wonderful time. Now she’s back home and I have no peace.

Great place, broken shower

We absolutely loved it here and had a great time despite the bad weather! The only problem was that the shower was broken, took almost 10 minutes to get water to turn on hard enough to shower in. Then we couldn’t get it to shut off. I sent a message to let the owner know. A maintenance man stopped in the next day to look at it and said “I’m pretty sure I put in a request to get this fixed last week but they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t leaking.” Then he left. It was never fixed while we were there so luckily it was a short stay. Otherwise, we loved all of the amenities and extra things to do onsite. Puzzles in the lobby, beach was beautiful, gym was great! The pool was ice cold, but nice and big. Overall, we were happy.

Family trip

This was a great location. The room was very clean. The room above us had water issues, causing some leaking into our room. I was able to reach the owner and they had someone come quickly to resolve the issue. I would stay again and recommend others to stay here.

Made for an event for stay, but it was not an a good event

When we got there about midnight tried to take a shower, but the shower was broke. No running water in the bathtub or shower. I called the manager and they said that it would be tomorrow before it was fixed. The following afternoon still no one had come to fix the shower and it was 5 o’clock the next evening before we were able to shower, and even then it still was not working great. I asked several times to speak with the manager and kept getting a run around.

Great trip

We always have a great experience at Phoenix properties- no complaints about the stay itself. Condo was mostly clean but dated- could definitely use some renovations. Shower faucet was hard to get to come on during the stay, track for sliding balcony door was a bit rough/would get stuck, old dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry laundry despite lint trap being clear, dining chairs were old and stained, and listing mentioned WiFi but the network sent to us never came up to use (luckily I didn’t need to get on my laptop). None of which put a damper on our trip though!

Condo is dated. Shower controls very difficult to operate, sliding doors very difficult to open, no bedside lamp on one side, no hand towels. Needs new dishes. 9th floor, gorgeous view. Long walk out to beach. Huge pool. Complex is nice and check-in was easy.

It's all about the fantastic view!

The view from this 9th floor condo is fantastic. The condo is well equipped with anything a guest would need as far as kitchen supplies, linens, furniture. (It could use more sandwich size dishes, there were three) That being said, our impression is that it is in need of updating and TLC. It is outdated...with dark heavy wall decor. A light beach theme would improve the over feeling of "being at the beach". The washer, dryer, and dish washer are very old. The washer has dirt caked on the agitator. The dishwasher makes a screech/siren type noise, we were quite concerned about this.

Very clean

We had a great stay here! It was very clean! You will need to bring some extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry detergent if you’re staying for a while. There weren’t any spices or anything so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring some. We would stay here again for sure!

Great condo for couples

Another great experience booking with VRBO! Condo looked just as pictures presented. Amazing view of ocean! Condo had a lot to offer for two people. One issue with a faucet in the shower but called the rental property manager and the issue was fixed quickly! VRBO steered us in the right direction with this condo.

Perfect place to escape to!

We had a wonderful time for our long weekend getaway. Amazing view. Great location. Check in and out process is very easy. I loved the communication with the rental company. There’s a real person behind those text messages! â˜ș I’d actually give this location a 4.5 due to the dated interior. This did not affect our stay at all. But I’d love to see a little makeover. I’d stay here again!

July 4th 2022 Vacation

This one bedroom retreat is located in Pheonix 7 towers. Regardless of it being outdated, we stayed an additional 2 nights because 5 wasn't enough. All the amenities was spot on. The only downfall to our stay is the parking restrictions. You have to pay a parking fee and visitors aren't allowed to park on site.

Clean, Comfortable Beachfront Condo

This condo was very clean and a very comfortable place to stay. The AC worked great, the couch and chairs were very comfortable. TV and DirecTV were great in the living room
 never turned it on in the bedroom so don’t know about that. We read other reviews about the bed being too soft. We sleep on a form mattress at home, so were a bit leery when we first sat on the side of the bed, but it was a very comfortable sleep for us. Used the washer / dryer once, they worked fine. Wi-fi was good. Coffee maker, ice maker, toaster all worked fine. The condo was a little dated and slightly worn, but not objectionable to us. Elevator wait times could be several minutes depending on time of day. Luggage carts and grocery carts were available if you needed them. The balcony was comfortable, with great views of the gulf and the pool area. The beach is right off of the pool area and easily accessible. A few reviewers complained about the shower faucet
. It is a strange design and took awhile for us to figure it out, but once we did it worked fine, plenty of hot water. We did have to buy a parking pass
 it was $55 for the week. There is a security station at the entry to the property, and they do check for a pass each time This is the fourth time we’ve rented properties from VRBO, but he first time there were no kitchen supplies
 no sugar, no coffee filters, no salt or pepper, no spices, only one roll of toilet paper, etc. This is the first time we’ve rented a high rise beach condo, so don’t know if this is common. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. A pair of beach chairs would have been nice
 we bought 2 chairs at Walmart, and left them at the condo
 maybe the property manager will leave them there for future use. All in all, the property fully met our needs, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
