It’s beautiful, calm and quiet with a charming outdoor space to view the ocean from atop the hill. Lovely lighted patio with flowers to watch the sunset! Such a great space and well appointed. “Had a great stay. Views of the Yaquina Bay were a highlight. Clean and cozy. The boy wants to give a special shout out to Chewby, a neighborhood cat that befriended him. ”

“Nice, but kinda worn. The front door lock doesn’t work…very hard to unlock/lock from outside. The bed in the small bedroom is uncomfortable. The shower in small bedroom bathroom is corroded and hard to regulate. The sink in small bathroom leaks in back top. Latches on screen doors and back gate are rusty. Otherwise, fine. ”
