“This property is in a fantastic location with absolutely stunning views, which were the highlight of our stay. It has amazing potential and could be a really lovely place with a little investment. “Stayed overnight en route to Orkney. More than exceeded expectations and was a welcome rest after a long drive. Communication with host was excellent, and had no problems at all. Would definitely book again.”

“Very clean house, has everything you need, nice secure garden. Expedia had given us the wrong code to key box but host answered phone promptly to tell us the actual code so no biggy!”

“Great location in the heart of Kirkwall. Comfy bed and all the essentials were provided.”

“La casa è molto carina, grande e pulita. ci sono detersivi e saponi. Katrina è molto disponibile. ci sono solo 3 camere da letto. 2 con letto matrimoniale ed uno una piazza e mezza con divano letto, anch’esso di una piazza e mezza, ma se avvisata per tempo, Katrina è disposta a venire incontro alle esigenze”

“Lovely, clean and deceptively spacious for 3 of us to spend a week. E-bikes excellent. Well situated very close to one of the two shops and a 15 minute cycle to either the hotel or the pizzeria for dinner. Would recommend for small families.”

“The property fit our needs and was a good size. It was a bit hard to find after a long day of travel but once we figured it out we were happy with the stay.”

“The house was lovely but the heating did not work and the bedding was thin. This led to us having a very cold sleepless night. Such a shame as it was a lovely house in a fantastic location. Spoilt our stay.”

“Having a washer and Dryer was very nice. It may be just me, but I really don’t appreciate having to take a full heavy garbage from previous users to the curb.”

“We enjoyed ourselves in this lovely home! It was very clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. Everything was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was also fantastic! The home is also within walking distance of groceries should individuals enjoy cooking. This was a great benefit to us! I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to visit the area! Be sure to curl up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy your shows!”

“Apartment was Upstairs. Had a wide Spiral Staircase… Bed was a Queen mattress. Had a Washer/Dryer combination. Overall a nice accommodation…”

“I had a most delightful stay. Getting to the ferry in the AM was a breeze. Lovely views of the harbor. Everything was clean and inviting. Would most definitely stay again!”

“lovely position walkable to the village centre and harbour. everything you could need in the property”
