Allison is a guest that management companies wishes had reviews herself so we do not rent a property to someone who doesn’t respect someone else’s house. The whole time she was there didn’t call or complain about anything, however we were forced to keep her deposit and she is still have a negative balance with us and this is the only reason she gave this review. She left the property late, moved furniture in two rooms by putting mattresses on the floor and didn’t put it back on its place, left trash everywhere, stained all sheets and towels. There was urine and human waste in one of the beds and some one vomited all over one bed. pretty much destroyed the property and took with her one expensive mini mouse comforter. The cleaning lady didn’t want to clean the property because she didn’t know where to start, it was a nightmare of a guest.

We can see you enjoyed the property since your family felt comfortable enough to smoked pot inside the house, and we had to relocate the guest scheduled to arrive after your departure because of the smell all over the property.

You called at 5 pm on Sunday pretty much screaming how you have been calling all day and no one picked up the phone. I mentioned the phone has not ring and this was the first time it rang. “The place is flooded, I have been trying for hours to reach you about this issue and you don’t pick up“ We sent someone to the property to shut the water on the property, he arrived at 5:20. You insisted on how you have been trying to reach us for hours about this issue, Finally, after our tech mentioned it looks like this was done on purpose and not an accident, you settled to “I was not even here when this happened, I have proof!”The story changed so many times….You kept on saying that you called numerous times, then, once you saw we were not believing you, you said. Oh, it just feels like I been calling you all day because we called this morning about the ac. (????)Then you went to say that you were gone all day and your baby daughter was inside and when you opened the door she was all wet and crying….Now, the story changed….I asked if you left your child alone in the property while you were gone all day? Then you said your phone was wet???? So you left your phone in the property too????People smoke in the property, we have pictures of cigarette butts left in the master bedroom downstairs and smoking is not permitted in our properties.You pretty much destroyed our property and you expect a refund????

This property was 100 percent clean, the guest called had a great time and requested an extra night but the property was booked. We have videos and pictures of before and after. After their departure they were charged for damages since they stained towels, sheets, urinated in bed, left trash all over the property and now he is saying the property was dirty. It is sad when someone destroys a property and think it is ok to do so

Terrance, The bathroom leak was user error. There was no leak in the bathroom, whoever or whomever took a shower let water from the tub to the floor which it went through the ceiling.

Hello Christina, You stayed at the property for two nights. You never complained about anything being dirty at the property until the end of your stay. We have recorded you called requesting a late check-out and you also mentioned the cable not working, we explained the cable had a seasonal block until June 15th due to the Covid-19 and we agreed for a late check out. The night before your check out at 10:27 pm is when you sent an email to the office demanding a refund when you had already enjoyed two days. Can someone go to a restaurant finish their meal complete and at their last bite say the food was awful and think they will not pay for it after they ate everything? Please note the home inspector report shows you or someone in your family stained the king size bed sheets, comforter and even the mattress in the main bedroom.

Lakeitha, The house you rented as you mentioned over the phone, it was a beautiful and clean house. Yes, the pool was dirty and so were all other pools. We had multiple storms and rained for five consecutive days that week (a lot do do with tropical Storm Cristobal, we also had two tornadoes that hit that weekend here in Central Florida). Unfortunately this things happens and it is out of our control. The next weekend the pool was clean and bright as always. Unfortunately, you just happen to visit at a bad time.

Zachary, We agree with you about this experience, and we also wish we could rate our guests. You smoked inside the property even though it is very clear smoking is not allowed. Check out time is 10 am and you refused to leave until 1 pm. You were rude to our staff and refused to even open the door. We had to call the police to help us evicted you from the property. We had another guest coming the same afternoon but we had to move them to a different property since the house smelled so bad and there was not enough time to clean it before the 4 oclock check in time.
