Free parking, lots of activities to do on property, with a private in-home pool/hot tub, game systems upstairs, TVs in every room. This 4,000 sq. ft. home is in the new Windsor at Westside gated community (sister community to Windsor Hills) and just minutes from Disney. 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 4 en-suites. This was our 2nd stay at this home. We love the space in the home, the location, and amenities. The owner was extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely return.

House was very roomy, lots of space for our family of 17 ten adults - parents and grandparents, seven kids aged 4 to 10). Pool and hot tub were great. Clubhouse was great too - we used the pool, arcade, bar, pickleball courts. Kitchen was large and well stocked, except had to request extra utensils since they only had 11 forks (was advertised to sleep 18 people!). Rooms were not decorated like in the photos (staging?), and some of the toilets, etc. looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile (maybe house was so large cleaners lost track of what they had done?). Overall was a great place, just a bit of attention to detail was missing. Very close to Disney.

Property was very clean and spacious for our party of 15. 11 Adults and four children - ages 2 to 10. We had room to spread out and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Plenty of parking to accommodate our multi-family gathering (we had six cars between us). The kids even braved the pool once or twice. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of hot water, pillows and towels for our group. We did not make it to the clubhouse this trip but hear it is fabulous. We all felt safe and secure in this gated community. While the home interior design did not match the photos in the listing, it was comfortable and functional enough. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were very pleased with the VRBO rental house. The price was unbelievable, the house was clean and welcoming, very comfortable and stylish furnishings. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which I advise anyone to do. We also paid extra for the propane BBQ grill, which came in very handy for cooking quick meals. This property came with a community pool/lazy river that was no extra charge to use and we used it on our down days from the parks (note: if you want tubes you can bring them with you or purchase them there. Also bring your own towels with you to the community pool.) Location of house to the parks within a half hour and very close to stores (Walmart, aldis, etc) Communication with the owners was great. Would definitely rent this property again.

The house is big and has 8 bedrooms, pool, etc. We enjoyed our stay. The home is not decorated as pictured, many of the amenities/decor in the photo were not there on arrival. The house was clean, but looked bare when compared to the photo. The host was easy to communicate with. It would have been nice to have a welcome package/guide to the property -not just posters on walls.

This was a beautiful home! It accommodated all 18 of my guests. We loved the location, the splash pad and the community. April was easy to communicate with and get in touch with during our stay and this is someplace we would definitely stay again!

The property was good just didn’t get the check in information until about 2 hours before we were supposed to check in. Everything was 75 more dollars. Should get a heated pool and hot tub for the price we payed. Would recommend staying at the property. Just be careful and read all the extra charges that you can accrue

Great space for a family of 17 (parents and littles 8 - 2.5 years) Beds we’re comfortable, plenty of living space Pool was good as well as the community center only suggestion is to have some kitchen basic ie salt and pepper and garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent Overall a wonderful experience and memories for all of us!!

Overall this trip was very good. Most VRBOs that we have been to have had some basic spices, condiments left over from previous vacationers. Although not a big deal, this place was empty with no laundry pods and little in terms of dishwasher and washing soap. This was the only annoying thing otherwise communication was excellent and it was a very good property. Thank you again to the owners that allowed us to check in and out on a Friday to Friday stay.

My wife, two children and I very much enjoyed this property. The photos are accurate and the property is equally as beautiful in person. We appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that was put into the kitchen and everything made available to you from the blender to the keurig to the stylish plate and bowl sets. I prefer to rent properties with much more space than what is needed as our both our children are under the age of two. So while we all slept in the master bedroom together, the amount of bedrooms and baths in this house was impressive! My two year old very much enjoyed hiding in all of the cupboards as much as he enjoyed playing in the pool. We opted for the pool to be heated and it was a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The neighborhood community itself was very quiet with no unwanted interference. The community center was great! Although I would have loved to enjoy the heated lazy river solo, it was still a lot of fun walking it with the little one. As a bonus, the frozen yogurt serving robot was delicious lol. The children's waterpark section is great and was being enjoyed by lots of happy children while we were there. April was in communication throughout our stay to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves and everything was up to par with expectations. She was a pleasure to speak with and makes your stay that much more enjoyable knowing you have a responsive host/overseer of the property such as April. In summary, if its not obvious already, we had a great stay and are glad we chose this property!

Property was as shown in pictures. We had 18 and the house was a good size for us. One issue was ice maker stopped working but had ice cube trays. Pool area was good size for evening by the pool. Could actually fit a full size pick up in the garage with a small car. Would use this unit again

This house was a wonderful option for a large family. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and two separate living areas for adults and kids to have their own spaces. The community pool was optimal! The only downside was the fridge did not have an ice maker. Also, the pool level was quite low, although someone came out to address this. Other reviews said the beds were comfortable, but they were actually quite hard. Overall, a wonderful place!

Excellent trip. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We did not pay extra for the heated pool because we figured the water would be warm since it was June in Florida but we were wrong. If the sun was not shining directly on the pool, the water was chilly. Wish the heat came with the pool.
