The property was just as it is described. We were pleased at how easy it was to check in, and the house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood and surrounding community was beautiful and great for walking. It would be nice to be in a home in this community that has access to all the amenities like the mini-golf and water park, but we loved our private pool and the privacy fence surrounding it was great. Our family had a lovely time!

The house is beautiful. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning however, was not very good. I slept downstairs in the king bedroom which was the only room besides the living room that had a ceiling fan. My daughter and her husband slept upstairs and had to go buy a fan for their room because it was too hot. I would suggest ceiling fans in all rooms to help with the air conditioning. The air had to be kept between 72 and 78 and I do understand that because of the unit freezing up. We kept it at 72 but it still didn’t cool the upstairs enough. Maybe a larger unit for that size house? Overall, we were satisfied with the house but I took off one star for the air conditioning. The host Margret was easy to communicate with and gave clear and accurate instructions for everything.
