Great layout

We loved the layout of this house! There were 8 of us and we never felt like we were stepping on each others toes. The house was pristine clean. Our only complaint was the beds. The twins are just awful. Kids might not mind them, but we were all adults and actually had to go out and purchase mattress toppers just to be able to sleep on them.

Amazing house

We have some Star Wars fans and this house was truly amazing! The detail that the owners did was exceptional. The area was secure and close to restaurants and shopping. We went to Disney and Universal and the ride is a short one. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Our grandkids liked the playgrounds in the gated community. The property manager was helpful and quick to answer question's. We would recommend this property for a family.

Fantastic

My family rented this property in March 2023. We were in the area for the softball spring games. Location is perfect. Close to fields, restaurants, shopping and Disney. Property was just as pictured. Had everything we needed and more. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Cute little neighborhood for walks. I always worry about the beds when I rent (bad back). Master bed was super comfortable. Had to reach out to property manager once with a question and she was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very average and pictures better than actual property

Property needs updated. Carpet very stained and furniture stained. Several screens missing around the pool. Can lights in kitchen burned out. Bathroom fixtures clean but dated. Wash clothes for bathroom were terrible.

Orange Tree stay

Property was clean and in good order. Location suited our needs well. Property owner was not terribly communicative. I asked about early check in when I booked the property the month prior. I never got an answer. Check in was allowed at 4pm. At 5:30pm I had still not received any information about check in. When I inquired I did get an immediate response, but I should not have had to ask.

Wonderful property - house just as pictured

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Orange Tree Home. The house was pristine aside from the carpet having many stains (which is expected in a home being rented). That is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness. It was great for our family and we would not hesitate to rent it again.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked with basics to get us started. The pool and hot tub were a joy to have. I’m so glad we had the heat turned on since it was March. I highly recommend for a relaxing stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Cozy and comfy

The home was welcoming and very nice as we entered. First impression was clean, cozy and comfy and that's how we felt through the 5-days that we stayed there. There was adequate starter paper towels, tissue and hand soap. Bring your own special bath soap or body wash. The entire family played pool, and games in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our entire family took a walk almost every day. The grandchildren played at the nearby playground. There was a tennis court and lots of opens space for the children to play as well. Great place for a family vacation, close to Disney. Also Publix, Walgreen's, etc. was 5-10 minutes away. Hope to return for a longer stay next time.

Great place to stay

We had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Everyone was very pleased with the house and accommodations offered. The house was very nice, clean, and fully stocked. We all really enjoyed the game room and the private pool. We would definitely stay here again.

NICE stay!

We just left from the property after visiting for a family vacation and overall had a good experience. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room. The pictures described the exact condition of the property. When we arrived we walked through first and noticed the screen over the outside pool area was torn and hanging, drawers in kids room had a foul smell, and the game cases were sticky. And most of all, the hot tub... it did not get hot at all. That was a huge disappointment for me because I looked forward to relaxing in it. I would suggest more blankets and towels for the guests. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very calming. Despite the above mentioned, we would rent again!

Great house

We loved our stay in this house. Everything was very clean, we were impressed with how big the place really was. There were lots of towels for the pool and showers. Having 3 bathrooms was so nice, especially one right off the pool.

Very spacious and functional, but minor updates would enhance the experience

The home is functional and very spacious, but minor updates would enhance the experience. There are very noticeable stains in one of the bedrooms that practically cover the entire ceiling and ceiling light cover. There are also stains in the carpeting in this bedroom as well as throughout the entire home. * I did report these issues to Grisel, the property manager, and she informed me the previous guests weren't very responsible or respectful of the property and the cause for the aforementioned issues. This home is a ranch and very accommodating to an elderly/handicapped individual. My mother is 90 years old and had no issues at all navigating around the entire property with her walker. The master bedroom is great. It is quite spacious and has a full bath as well as a walk-in shower, which again was convenient for my elderly mother. The house is on a nice, very quiet block and approximately 25 minutes from the Disney Parks. It is also located in very close proximity to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, house was great and worked for our purposes. We’re just used to nice, modern places.

Relaxing and comfortable!

The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently located to the Disney Parks and Clermont Softball fields where we spent most of our time. We would definitely return!

Very nice home in a nice neighborhood

We loved staying in this home. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was warm. There is adequate supplies in the kitchen to cook your own meals. The BBQ grill was completely out of propane so we did have to buy a new tank seeing how we had already purchased food to grill. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
