    Helt renoverad stuga! Denna förtjusande 3 sovrum / 1. 5 badrum (med ytterligare utomhusdusch) Cape stil hem ligger på Bakers Pond Road och är idealiskt beläget några minuter från alla stränder i Orleans, på gångavstånd till Bakers Pond.
    Den exakta avståndet från stugan (ja, jag körde fram och tillbaka) till vissa nyckellandmärken är enligt följande (parkeringsplats till parkeringsplats):
    0. 3 miles till Bakers Pond
    2. 0 miles (exakt) till Skaket Beach
    4. 2 miles till Nauset Beach.
    Bakers Pond är en av de renaste dammarna i Kap och det är känt för sin simning, fantastiskt fiske och kajakpaddling.
    Huset har smakfullt kust inredning och det är skarpa och färska. Det har nyligen professionellt målade med varma hav glas färger och trägolv har bara varit redone.
    Den viktigaste nivån av huset har vardagsrum och matsal med en härlig öppen planlösning. Det stora sovrummet (dubbelsäng) och halv badrum är också på huvudnivån. Den andra och tredje sovrummen ligger på övervåningen. Ett sovrum har en våningssäng med två över full storlek sängar. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar med en rulla säng finns tillgänglig på begäran (sover 3). Alla tre sovrum har AC enheter och TV-apparater. Det är en helt ny elektrisk spis i vardagsrummet med en trevlig TV på manteln, och det finns en AC-enhet som täcker den lägre nivån. Däcket har fina utemöbler och en grill.
    Klarar du ännu roligare? Huset har ett dubbel garage med ett bordtennisbord (racketar och bollar) och ett toppklassigt fotbollsbord.

Clean, spacious and well maintained spot perfect for our family trip to the Cape. Close to Rt 6 which meant getting to Chatham /Harwich was super easy. Loved short trip to Nauset Beach. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

The cottage was adorable and very cozy! We had everything we needed and more to make it a great week stay on the Cape. The outdoor shower was a huge perk and we loved the location.

Great little house in wonderful location in Orleans. Proximity to Bakers Pond, Orleans, and Skaket Beach great for kids( and adults). Would stay again! Owner very responsive.

Orleans stay

House was in a perfect location and was very comfortable and had the charm of New England what I had imagined . Cathy was quick to respond to any questions we had . Nice place to stay while we attended a wedding not far from this location .

Beautiful house perfect location

We loved our vacation in Orleans. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with proximity to all of the great beaches. We especially loved our walks to Bakers Pond as well! Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The kids loved the games in the garage and all of the toys. We hope to be back!

Terrific home in the heart of the Cape. Surrounded by trees, a nice walk to (and around) Baker’s pond, easy access to Orleans and everything up and down the coast. Great ice cream shop close by (with vegan soft serve!) and the quaintness one looks for on such a trip. Hosts are connected enough to get you the information needed, but stay out of the way and let you enjoy the stay alone. Highly recommended.

this was so close to Route 6 yet felt Like we were in the woods. we loved that! A few photos did not reflect the actual furniture in the house, but for 3 of us, we were comfortable and happy!!

Fantastic Stay in Orleans!

Our stay in Orleans was everything my family had planned for and staying at Cathy's made it such a wonderful trip. The home is was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog with room to spare! My children loved the outdoor shower and how close we were to local Skaket beach. The home was well stocked with everything someone may need on a trip to Cape Cod and after a few hours of unpacking it felt like home. Communication with Cathy over our 2 week stay was amazing and she took care of any of our concerns right away. I would absolutely recommended staying here and look forward to future bookings!

54 Baker Pond - OUTSTANDING!

From booking, through wonderful visit, and through checkout, Judy was the most accessible and responsive property owner we've had the privelage to rent from. Super reasonable rates, roomy and comfy home, and a great location! 54 Baker Pond was super convenient to beaches (Skaket, Nausset, Brewster, and the Nickerson lake beaches). Restaurants, shopping, Seafood, etc...all right there. Firebirds game was a couple minutes' drive. We'll hope to come back to this great home both off-season and summer. THANK YOU, Judy.

Our home for a whole month!

Miss it already. Excellent location. Great communication with the owner. We had some bug issues at the beginning due to the humidity and hot weather. Cathy immediately took care of it. Always responsive. Place was mint clean too. Comfortable beds. Looks small from the outside but it is quite comfortable inside. Close to ponds and walk/hiking/run in trails. Very quiet. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay. :-)

All was great. 5 adults, everyone said beds were comfy. House was high-end hotel clean. We're all foodies and appreciated the gas bbq and well appointed kitchen with plenty of plates cups even a pot big enough to make Sunday sauce, and the cleaning supplies needed to clean up after ourselves. There was hand soap, towels and TP in both bathrooms, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Theres a supermarket and liquor store with a nice wine selection right down the street. Host was very responsive. The livingroom had the most comfortable loveseats Ive ever sat in, but there are only 2 two-seaters and an ottoman. I think there were TVs in every bedroom. It was a great time and Id stay again in a second.. only caveat, the front steps are not very ADA friendly - the treds are very narrow, and there's no way around them. Id be cautious if you're bringing someone with limited mobility or balance issues.

Fun Family Getaway

I highly recommend this property. We needed a pet friendly home but cleanliness is super important to us, this home was not only clean but comfortable as well. The only thing that needs attention is the outside shower, we couldn’t use it. The host was also extremely flexible and responsive. Also good location 👍🏻

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and comfortable and close to all of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and trails. The neighborhood is not ideal for walking/biking based on proximity to major roads, but it was quiet and only a 5-10 minute drive to some beautiful spots. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Early Summer Stay

We stayed at this property in early June, which was a lovely time to visit the Cape. Access to the home was very easy via the keypad on the front door. The layout of the home was somewhat unusual with the master bedroom on the ground floor and the only full bathroom on the second floor. In addition, access to the basement was not available from inside the house. The loveseats in the living area were comfortable and the kitchen table was very spacious. The electric fireplace in the living area made the home feel cozy. We enjoyed spending time on the deck. As another reviewer mentioned, the house is in a wooded area but the neighbors’ homes, one of which appears to be brand new, are fully visible. Location relative to the beaches was great, with Skaket 5 minutes away and Nauset 10 minutes.
