Incredible home and location

We truly enjoyed the home and the property. It was very spacious, had a lot to do inside and outside. Beautiful views. Wonderful condition. The surrounding area was also very enjoyable.

Excellent location,spacious rooms

The property has great views over Pleasant Bay with a lovely wrap around porch at the front.Perfect for evening BBQs. Spacious and comfortable sitting areas,fairly well equipped kitchen.Four good sized bedrooms an another couple of smaller rooms more suited to children. Overall a really neat ce property which would be ideal for larder family groups

Fantastic House for extended family vacation!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. It was so peaceful to sip coffee on the porch looking out over the bay. The house has tons of room to read, play games and relax. The entire group loved evenings in the finished basement/game room. We had pool tournaments, watched movies, played cards and had amazing family time where everyone could join in the fun. We loved it!

Beautiful Property

Our group of 6 girls decided to choose Cape Cod as our girl's trip destination for 2023. After a lot of research we chose the town of Orleans and this house. Orleans was a perfect central location. The house exceeded our expectations - we didn't think the pictures did it justice. The views are way better than the pictures. We had a few issues - one was lots of ticks in the backyard - which we called into the management company. They immediately addressed the situation. We also had an issue with the main TV which was fixed the same day. We appreciated their quick response. It would be helpful to have a book about the house. We were lucky we had a techie that helped figure out the theater - which was a huge hit! We were also confused about how the a/c worked - but we got lucky and didn't need it. I can only imagine this is an amazing house for a family - the game room looked like it would be a ton of fun. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House

We were a group of 12 guys in our 30s. The house was even better than the pictures. The movie theater was awesome and the recliners were top notch. Fooseball and pool table kept us busy. Excellent poker table as well. Huge back deck. Plenty of room to spread out in the unique layout. Very clean and updated. Not much of a yard, but the house is so nice it doesn’t matter.

Great for Multi-Generational Families

Our group of 13 ranged in age from 14 to 80 and there was plenty of space to gather inside and out along with space to chill whenever you needed some quiet time. The short walk to the neighborhood's bay beach was a bonus as well as the conservation trail for easy hiking. The house is well appointed and always appreciate bed linens and bath towels being included. My only suggestion is to add more regular glassware for a house that hosts that many guests. Otherwise there was plenty of everything else and we made full use of the large lobster pots! Overall a great stay and will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to the Cape. Exceptional House

This was a wonderful house for our family reunion. We loved that we could all be together in one place. There was plenty of room to spread out, comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and Orleans is a great location on the Cape. The Del Mar hosts were a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to other groups.

Magic on Pleasant Bay

Our group of 5 couples had a very enjoyable, relaxing, fun-filled weekend. The setting is quiet, private with views of the bay from every room. A few basic amenities were missing, which we shopped for. We all enjoyed every aspect of this comfortable property.

Clean, spacious, configured for fun

Exceptionally clean, more impressive than pictures convey, well equipped, and it comes with a generator that functioned automatically during the Cape-wide power outage. Theater was a lot of fun. Staff was responsive and helpful and even brought us three new floor fans on request. Would go again. Unique experience.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a family retreat here at this beautiful home. Family came in from California and Texas as well as some from Massachusetts. The house is stunning, right on the water. Everything was neat as a pin and beautifully decorated. We had a little difficulty working the media room but I contacted the rental company and they were prompt and talked us thru so we could watch a movie together. Beautiful neighborhood and Orleans is close to areas to explore. Thank you to the owners for letting us use this beautiful home. We will be back. Susan from Massachusetts

A slice of heaven !

We cannot say enough about what a fabulous house and property this is !The views were are great and relaxing . Our son got married at The Wequassett and we had a rehearsal dinner at Pates . Both places are worth checking out !The home was very accommodating form ages 15- 80 . The media room for Sunday football was a bonus . The Delmar staff very very helpful and attentive. Definetly worth staying here !

Great spot for a family vacation

This property was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation. The home had all of the amenities we needed, and then some. The in-home movie theatre was an extra plus! And we were just a short walk to the neighborhood beach, making this an ideal spot to come with both older kids and younger ones. My only caution for future guests is that the stairs in this house can be a little tricky, so use caution. But otherwise, we had a wonderful stay here!

Cape Cod Dream

This cape code luxe rental was a dream. Besides the perfect setting….the home and amenities are high quality and top notch. The home was clean and impeccable. This is the first time I have rented a home where we didn’t need to call for a single need or concern. Plenty of space for everyone. The game room was the perfect solution to the unpredictable weather. Location close to everything we need access to as far as store and beaches. The town itself was beautiful and surrounding neighborhood beautiful and lush. I am so grateful to have had them gem for our reunion and our memories. We hope to be back one day to once again have this slice of heaven to enjoy! Only drawback….not enough time in this Cape Cod Dream! Thank you to the outstanding team and service at Del Mar Vacations.
