“Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). ”

“A very convenient spot for folks visiting or doing business in Paradise.”

“Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!”

“This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

“Thank you!”

“Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.”

“Parking right outside the door made everything easier. The queen bed fit two of us comfortably while the fridge kept our drinks cold throughout our short stay. Friendly staff at reception were helpful about local spots too.”

“Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.”
