“Home was great and as described. Clean and very close to many restaurants and places we needed to be.”

“The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. ”

“Very nice place and easy to check in!”

“The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!”

“This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!”

“Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! ”

“Great location and perfect property for us”

“We enjoyed staying here!”

“We had an amazing time at this apartment. The location is right downtown by numerous restaurants and walking distance to two of the baseball parks. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked and there were extra blankets and pillows. Basically everything extra has been well thought out and really made us feel at home.”

“Everything was perfect”

“Excellent stay, check in/out process was very smooth!”
