“Accommodations and drinks were top notch as was the pools! Variety of food, something for every taste. Beach was filled with seaweed, but can't fault the resort for that. Above and beyond was the staff and their attention to details! The butler service of Norielis and Elaine was top notch, made sure I was taken care of the entire stay!! Will be returning soon.”

“The facilities are nice. Every staff member we encountered was excellent. Our butler Rafael was the best and accommodated us in everything we needed. The chofeur Luisito made us feel like family and was very helpful. La Lola was our favorite restaurant and Cristian accommodated our needs seamlessly in La Lola and La Adelita. In entertainment our favorite were Mauricio and Jeffrey. They did a marvelous job in the Il Divo show and we enjoyed it very much. The spa was nice and amenities section was...

“This is by far one of the best hotels that we have stayed at during our Caribbean trip. It has amazing rooms which is beautifully decorated. It also has a big pool and a bar. Very close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again!!!”

“Please be aware not to buy the tours in the hotel, they will scam you. Also the transport provided by the hotel is a problem. Be carefull to leave the bags to the hotel staff, mine were given to another guest when leaving the hotel, I have to go to the airport to recover them. The hotel not even say sorry because they lost my bags, worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. Food is fine.”

“Recently stayed at the Hilton in La Romana and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite a few minor inconveniences. The hotel has many positive qualities, though there is some room for improvement.”
