“Awesome all the way through, only thing to complain about is the music. It is the same local Spanish music playing over and over, that only the staff seem to enjoy. 4 nights here and I did not hear a single song in English that I recognized.
Best food is found at the Asian restaurant. The spring rolls are A-mazing”

“It was very pleasant to be at the Serenade Hotel. We enjoyed every moment on it. Clean rooms, good room services, they placed beer and water every day on the fridge. Pools were very clean, a lot of fan at nights(dancing, theater shows, karaoke’s), many options for lunch and dinner. Thank you for make us a very good stay”
“This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and although it’s not my thing I have to say that I had a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous, and it’s evident that it is brand new as everything is in mint condition. Food was good and breakfast was excellent. Pools and beach are amazing, big ups for serving drinks using premium alcohol!! Gym was really good for being a hotel gym. Lastly, super service from everyone in the staff!”

“Bilderna på hotellet som finns på Expedias hemsida stämmer INTE! Bilderna är 3D-bilder som föreställer hur hotellet kanske kommer att se ut efter deras renovering. Det står det inget om varken på Expedia eller på hotellets hemsida.
Hotellet är slitet och inte i jätte bra skick. Just nu pågår renovering och det täcker stora delar av hotellet med grön plåt. Det förekommer bygg ljud under dagarna. Rummet var okej men toaletten och duschen var bedrövliga. Rent av rätt äckligt.

The garden pool was peaceful and surrounded by tropical plants, it felt like a little oasis. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which was stunning.
