“A series of small irritations added up to a poor overall experience. The hotel is lovely and centrally located! No air conditioning, no reduction of room rate to compensate , no breakfast available because of early departure, limited selection to exchange for drink tickets (to compensate for no AC) all added to put a sour taste in our mouths.”
