“We stayed for a week and it was the perfect setup for us. Very clean and well maintained and good restaurants (as well as an ice cream place) right on Main Street area below. Next time in Speedway area I will definitely book again!”

“This property was perfect for my solo get away. I loved the large windows and it being a corner apartment, I loved the views of the little city. I appreciated the sound machine in the bedroom and the Keurig coffee maker is always a plus! The hosts were excellent with communication and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!”

“I never got to see it. Renter never sent check in info. We were in town for the indy 500 race and got stuck stranded there without lodging. We were able to find a hotel room at a couple hundred a night, and thankfully Vrbo refunded this, but iy still wpund up costing me a few hundred more. The phone number on the listing is a disconnected number, so no way to reach the renter. Also, we found out it is a shared apt with the owner, not a 1 bdrm apt. Do not count on this renter! ”

“We had a group of eight coming into Indianapolis for a show at the amphitheater. This place fit the bill! Large living/kitchen area for us all to gather and the games and game tables were a treat! Though we couldn’t walk to the amphitheater, it was a short, quick Uber ride. The building seems to be on the older side, but the furnishings and cleanliness were on point. The team works hard to maintain their properties. We had zero issues with the team or the actual listing. This location unfortunately had live music nearby enough that it kept half of us awake until 2 am each of the weekend nights. When I mentioned to the team they did recommend other units that were not so close to the street. ”
