“The property is generally clean and all rhe staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean overall but with some minor damage (e.g. a wooden clothes hanging rack had a broken dowel and was unuseable). One of the elevators was also out of commission although signs indicated maintenance was on the way). “We arrived at 3am as the flight was delayed, I texted the front desk to let them know, the night manager responded. We were told the room was over booked and we were staying in the Sheraton across the road in New Orleans. Fortunately because I had let them know the situation they suddenly found us a room ….. free breakfast was comped the next morning, a nice gesture for the misinformed night staff that were working that evening!
