âPlease donât let my low amenities score discourage anyone. The main problem I had with this location is we were not shown or given all the amenities included in our purchase (spa access, sauna, etc). âWe stayed at The Eleanor for a weekend in a three-bedroom unit with our family, and it was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.
In the middle of the night, an alarm went off for about 20 minutes. Because the property is fully digitally managed with no on-site staff, there was no one available to respond. This woke our entire family and raised serious concerns about how emergencies are handled.
