“We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and quaint. If you’re renting this property keep in mind there is no heat at all and no air conditioning in the main bedroom. We stayed during a chilly time so we were cold. Bring your own frying pan because the ones that are supplied are scratched up and pieces of the non-scratch material made its way into the food we cooked. Otherwise it was nice! The place is in need of a deep cleaning as well. ”

“The Cape is one of my happy places, specifically time spent in Hyannis and at Keyes Beach. This property ensured that my spouse and I were happy in one of our happy places. The location to the beach included being able to hear the ocean with the window open. The street was quiet, and the property included more than enough space for the two of us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side, but our two families still had a wonderful time at this peaceful cottage. The house was exactly as advertised— cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the collection of books, games, and toys to occupy our kids (2, 2/12, & 3 1/2). Even the dogs felt at home in this tranquil home. We only wish that we could’ve enjoyed the deck and short walk to the beach, but it gives us a reason to come back! ”

“The cottage was a comfortable place to be while the ocean just down the block raged against the rocks and seawalls. The space met every need that arose: zone heating when I wanted to warm the bedroom loft but not the downstairs, shampoo & conditioner when I realized I'd forgotten mine, beach towels when I briefly considered going to the beach (but then stay in because some rain and cold wind started.) My wife runs each morning and she was able to run through downtown PTown with ease; so very, very close but far enough away so there are no crowds.
