“We had such a great stay in the Tudor Family's rooms in Hvar! The Mom in the house, Dolores was so friendly and really took the time to tell us about Hvar when we checked in and gave us her best recommendations on beaches and restaurants on the island. We tried some of them and every single one were excellent. We were two couples and had the two rooms with the big terasses next to each other on the 1st floor, and shared the kitchen on that floor with each other only. Will definately stay there...

"Great location, at the sea at the start of the walking path, almost in the center of Bol but still very quiet, the road outside is almost not noticeable, little and slow traffic. Old hotel with quite some stairs but very well kept, fresh and nice. The pool was deep, perfect for swimming and water exercising even if not so big. Breakfast was great, very nice staff and good choice options, cooking upon request. Note, there is no restaurant at the hotel, no lunch or dinner or snacks, just breakfast (I think the bookingsites states restaurant). Great "library" for change of books. Our room was on the top floor, the shower was unfortunately overflowing when taking a shower, could not be fixed during the high season, so staff recommended towels to wipe the floor, worked well :-) The room was a bit untidy, dusty, in need of a proper clean up (behind furnitures etc) when season dropping. Comfy bed, nice sofa, wifi OK. Almost only German language TV-channels. All-in-all, this is a pure gem (pearl) for the price, staff and location in Bol, we highly recommend! Thank you Hotel Sol!"
