"It was good! One in the staff dropped my drink at the pool and did not offer a new, so I needed to pay for it which is not really okay."

"Ăldre hotell som lĂ„g precis nere vid stranden. Ett par restauranger i nĂ€rheten. Ligger lite off, cirka 10 minuter med bil utanför Hvar stad. Mycket vĂ€nlig personal. Frukost ok"

"Bra lÀge, vÀlskött hotell, bra frukost, hjÀlpsam personal. TyvÀrr gick det inte att fÄ rum bredvid varandra, trots att vi bokat dem i samma bokning, vilket blir bökigt nÀr man reser med barn. Det gÄr inte att fÄ en extrasÀng i nÄgot rum, sÄ vi var tvungna att boka tre rum dÄ vi har tre barn. VÀldigt dÄlig ljudisolering sÄ jag vÀcktes 2.30 pÄ morgonen dÄ nÄgra gÀster som varit ute sent kom hem och sjöng ljudligt i korridoren. Men trots allt var vi nöjda med vÄr vistelse och skulle gÀrna bo hÀr igen."

"Really bad experience! It felt like they tried to rip us off! Weâve travelled all over the world and this is absolutely the worst customer service weâve ever experienced. We booked a room with mountain view. But there were just buildings and some trees and the room had no balcony as it looked like in the photos. We therefore asked very friendly to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Paying the difference of course! They didnât have any but told us to wait for two days. They couldnât tell us what it would cost but the difference on their website seemed okey, so we waited. After two days they still didnât have a room but told us to come back the next day, then they would have many. They did, but the next day they gave us an outrages price for the upgrade. Almost double the difference between the categories if you checked their website, for the exact same days! We told them this and the unfriendly receptionist tells us it isnât true and when I show her she still ignores it and talk a lot of nonsense. Finally, she said that the upgrades have a fixed rate anyway. They could have told us the price the first day then!? This was handled so badly. Even more so since it was obvious that the hotel had emptied at this point and there were many empty rooms available, and we were willing to pay!! I asked to speak with a manager but the unfriendly receptionist wouldnât let me. Iâm truly sad they behaved like this, this ruined our entire trip."

"Trevligt med uppfrÀschning av en del av rummen, tyvÀrr hade vi otur med vÀdret sÄ vi fick in kyligt vind i toalettfönstret som var trasig det drar ner upplevelsen tyvÀrr. MÄnga av personalen Àr vÀldigt trevliga speciellt de yngre tjejerna. "

"Restaurangen pÄ platsen var inte vÀrd ett besök dÄ det var dyrt och smÄ portioner. För övrigt ett jÀttebra boende med otroligt trevlig personal och fina miljöer. Vi bodde i tunt house vilket var perfekt för oss. Lyxigt med pool och strand sÄ nÀra. Absolut vÀrt ett besök och jag kommer rekommendera mina vÀnner! Ett minus var att vi bodde i 6 nÀtter och fick inte bytta sÀngklÀder en enda gÄng, det kÀndes ofrÀscht till slut. "
