“We had such a lovely stay at Villa Raffaella. First of all, everyone who worked there was so nice and welcoming to us. The hotel itself is also just so beautiful and has a rich history. We stayed in the room on the roof and it was just next level, probably my favorite hotel room ever. Housekeeping did a great job with cleaning and the breakfast was far better than your average Italian breakfast. “Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

Personale molto disponibile e gentile anche per questioni extra-pernottamento (ci hanno consigliato giri turistici, dove mangiare, come muoverci sul territorio). Consigliatissimo”

“Paesaggio incantevole, alloggio e struttura da rivedere leggermente la pulizia e la manutenzione non al 💯 %. Reception a disposizione solo in alcuni orari e parcheggio a pagamento che fortunatamente non ho pagato perché specificato in mail come servizio gratis. Ritornerei se migliorassero i servizi altrimenti meglio fittare alloggi da privati nelle immediate vicinanze del mare stupendo di Otranto. Saluti e speriamo in un miglioramento del servizio.”
