“We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

“Underbar plats med närhet till det mesta. Vackra Stroncone på promenadavstånd (dock en rejäl uppförsbacke) och Terni (med bra tågförbindelser) några minuter bort i bil. Huset har allt man kan önska sig, stora ytor så det finns plats för många. En pool i härligt läge med utsikt över gårdarna runt omkring samt en trevlig hyresvärd som var bra att kommunicera med. Utflyktsmål: Marmore falls, Narni, bad i Adriatiska havet (dagsutflykt), Rom (med tåg från Terni) och så klart promenad till den goda...

“The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. The house was delightful - very comfy, two big lovely double bedrooms (one very private), a small twin room very private, lots of little areas to sit down and read a book. The downstairs kitchen is a bit dark and damp so not a space we used. You have to be willing to walk down to the pool...

“What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. “From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owner was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival. The drive up to the hilltop village is breathtaking! Be certain to follow the owners directions for an easy drive from Aquasparta. We were greeted upon arrival by the owners who were incredibly warm and friendly. “Heerlijk appartement voor stellen of mensen met oudere kinderen. Wij hebben ons met kleine kinderen (3 en 5) ook vermaakt, vooral in het zwembad, maar stadjes zijn meer dan 30 minuten rijden en dat is vooral met 35+ graden wat veel. Als stel zouden we er ons hart opgehaald hebben met wandelen en eten en genieten van de fijne terrassen en faciliteiten die er voorhanden zijn. Het appartement heeft gelukkig airco wat echt een must was met de temperaturen. Het zwembad is niet groot maar perfect om...

“Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen mit wunderbarem Ausblick und Ausflugs- und auch Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Der HotTub war bei der Jahreszeit eine perfekte Ergänzung zur Urlaubserholung. Die Gastgeber Manuela und Martin waren unglaublich nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Woche mit vielfältigen Eindrücken. Gerne kommen wir wieder.”

“The Red House was an excellent place to stay. Otricoli and the surrounding area are just a short walk away, which means you can leave the car at home. The house was very clean and tidy, but remember to buy and place some ant traps if having insects around the place bothers you :) All in all, a top 5 star house and an excellent host”

Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. Just fantastic, would love to come back”
