“We spent a lovely week here. We were very happy with the house & pool as well as the location - amazing views. Lorella and her family were super kind hosts, leaving us fresh vegetables from their farm for example. We hope to return.”

“L'appartamento si sviluppa su 3 piani, raggiungibili attraverso delle scalette molto ripide, non adatto quindi a tutti. Molto belle le travi a vista, anche se i bagni sono un pò piccoli. “Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. “The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Campi di Sotto! Sara et Simone sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le contact est facile et très agréable ! L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux ! Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse et de ses extérieurs tellement magnifique. Et que dire de la piscine ! Bref notre semaine en Ombrie fut magique....

“No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. ”

“Schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit toller Aussicht. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet mit immer wieder kleinen Sitzgruppen umgeben von Grün. Der Pool ist eine Wucht, hat uns riesigen Spaß bereitet und ist der absolute Blickfang des umzäunten Geländes. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen und man kann sehr schnell tolle Ausflugsziele wie Chiusi und Castiglione del Lago (mit Auto beides ca. 20Min), wie auch Perugia (ca. 50Min) erreichen. “Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben 2 sehr angenehme Wochen in Stefanias Haus verbracht. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber gehalten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl dort. Stefania ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allem, was ein italienisches Frühstück erfordert ausgestattet und uns zum Abschied sogar noch mit ein leckeren Kuchen verwöhnt hat.
