"The reception is in another building, 300 m away, which caused us some confusion when arriving. When we got there, the staff was very kind and everything wenr smoothly. But please inform your guest that the check-in is in the Victoria Suites, at Rue Victoria, so your guests can go there ..."

"the hotel was conveniently located however the restaurant was super slow and not equipped to serve a full dining room took two hours for dinner … Parking is scarce not enough spots for the amount of rooms and if you leave you could come back to a full lot and no place to park"
