“We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is lovely and even nicer in person than the pictures depicted. My daughter loved having her own room to hang in (the office). The shower is amazing. All beds were comfortable and the living furniture was also very nice and comfy. The screened in porch was a huge bonus for us with the perfect temps we had while there. “Me and a few of my friends drove down from New York during spring break and we had an amazing time. Patrick was easy to communicate with and was very sweet and understanding. “The cabana was so cute and peaceful. If you have a lifted truck you will not fit under the cabana but there were a few spots to park which worked out. The sun deck had a perfect view of the beach and it was a very short walk to the beach. Central location, cheap golf cart rental, outdoor showers, and dog friendly are all great perks of this rental. “We made our first trip to the OBX and stayed at this property. Communication with the host was outstanding. It was clean, orderly and well stocked. It had everything you could ever need. Since we were there after Labor Day the roads and beach were not crowded at all, which we appreciated. Definitely recommended and would stay again when we venture back to OBX.
