“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”

“The hotel did not live up to Radisson Blu standard. There was no slippers or bathrobe in the room, and when I enquired they only replied that they were out of stock. “We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor.
