“Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! ”

“Communication was excellent! The house was very clean, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Like others have said the bathroom is small, and it is an interesting layout where you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to main areas from the back bedroom.Beds were comfortable but the sofa sleeper mattress is a bit thin. Although it’s close to a gas station the home was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. We hope to stay here again. ”

“We visited Ventura for the first time. Oxnard is where the property is, what a quite quaint place. It is within walking distance of the beach, beautiful weather and scenery from the home. Had great food nearby, a great little corner store for anything you forgot to pack. It was an amazing vacation. Would recommend staying here and would come back again. ”

“We had a truly great stay and look forward to returning. The place is well laid out, has many places to charge electronics, and is very comfortable. The apartment complex grounds are well maintained and pretty with large scenic trees surrounding. Some features that were undersold in the description- parking spot is covered and close to the unit, outdoor patio has high wallsmaking it quite private, and there is a small gym on the grounds.
