“My family was traveling from Pensacola, FL to Minneapolis, MN this past weekend. On Saturday we agreed to drive until we couldn't drive anymore. We booked a room in St Louis and made our way there. Upon arrival I was told that I had reserved for the following weekend. We were all exhausted and now didn't know what to do. Shyra was at the front desk and she was amazing. She kept mom (me) calm and helped us work with Expedia to change the room to that night. What could have ended as a terrible...

“We have stayed in this hotel twice. The price is good and the hotel is decent. Has a nice little pool outside that, unfortunately, closes at 9pm. I wish it would stay open until 10 or 11pm. It is an outdoor pool after all. The hotel is older, you can tell from the carpet and the rooms, but its clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a nice hot breakfast in the mornings. Checkout is 11am, thats a plus to me! ”
