“The place itself is a beautiful old building with window shutters, old dark wood details and in some rooms I think also wooden walls. The courtyard is super quaint and I spent many torrential downpours there, under cover, enjoying the tropical weather. There is no breakfast available, but there are places close by. The area itself is not special as such, BUT it is still walking distance to most things and the free CAT bus towards Armenian Street and Central 'touristy' Georgetown leaves from just...

“Väldigt trevlig stämning på hotellet med supergullig personal. Jag tycker nästan att det var finare i verkligheten än på bilderna. Allt var fräscht och rent. Stor variation på frukosten. Flexibel och vänlig personal som lät min syster bo i mitt rum i 2 dagar med frukost utan tillägg. Min safety box och en sänglampa fungerade inte, dock sa jag inte till om detta då det inte störde min resa. Airconditionen lät ganska högt och wi-fi:et i rummet var väldigt långsamt. Allt annat var positivt. ”

“Vi stannade här 4 nätter. Centralt läge nära till ”UNESCOS Heritage”, även till föra köpcentrum. Trevligt rum med fin utsikt. Vi är väldigt nöjda. Perfekt med pool på taket.”

“Receptionen var stängd. Fick gå till hotellet intill som de hade outsourchat till och hon jag pratade med var väldigt svår att förstå, pratade snabbt och hade inte den kundservicen man bör ha i det yrket. Wifi fungerade inte och när jag meddelade detta så lyckades de inte lösa det i receptionen heller. Fick ringa ifrån telefonen på rummet och prata med annan personal. Rummet var rent och fräscht, duschen var väldigt bra med bra vattentryck. ”

“Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be. ”
