This beachy cottage lives happily in Seabrook’s Fernwood Neighborhood – where your Seabrook adventure begins. Surrounded by the great outdoors, overlooking a park, and bordering trails upon trails, Happy Place offers everything you and your crew need. The expanded front porch has room to take in the fresh air and grill cheesy, meat or veggie burgers.

This cottage is cozy, comfy on the inside with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and open kitchen for preparing a festive dinner or grabbing a quick snack. Upstairs there are two full bedrooms and a room with built-in bunks, perfect for six good night sleeps. There’s also a small workspace and Wi-Fi, just in case you need to check emails or team status.

Right across the way from your cozy headquarters is Meadowview Park, which features wildflowers in the spring, a massive lawn-scape, and an observation mound – to observe colorful sunrises and sunsets. Back towards town center, is the 85-degree Sunrise Pool and Exercise Facility. Town center, with its vibrant atmosphere, boutique shops, and assorted restaurants, is only a lucky 13-minute walk from Happy Place. Once you peruse Market Street and town center, the long stretch of glorious shoreline is only a 3-minute wander away.
