Welcome to Gotta Believe in MAGIK in Seabrook's Farm District! This gorgeous, three story home offers guests three bedrooms and three and a half baths just steps from Barn Hill Park!

Walk through the front door and find your stress magically disappears in this charming home. Hardwood flooring graces the living, dining, and kitchen areas of this comfortable home for eight guests. Keep warm with the gas fireplace in the spacious living room. Two large couches border the room and offer plenty of seating for everyone in your family.

This home offers a fully functional kitchen with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Laugh and enjoy being together at the beautiful farm-style dining table big enough for your whole family.

Head downstairs to the media room where you can play board games, watch TV or a DVD or just relax on the comfy couch after a long day at the ocean. Off the media room is a bunk room perfect for your kids with 2 sets of bunks.

When it is time to retire for the day, upstairs features two cozy queen ensuite bedrooms. Melt away in the cozy queen bed and wake up refreshed and relaxed, ready to take on the day.

You'll also find that there is plenty to do while staying in Seabrook. Gotta Believe in MAGIK is just a short walk or bike ride into the town center, where you can stroll through shops or grab a bite to eat. Head down to the beach via the Gnome trail for some kite flying or just soaking in the salty ocean air. Roast marshmallows at the community fire pit at Barn Hill Park or explore Old Logging Trail Mountain Bike Loop for a little adventure.

Lovely place to spend time with family & friends

We had a blast, the house is perfect, well equipped and great size for the group we had. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in this kitchen and had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed provided in the house. Seabrook was great too, I hadn’t been in a few years and it has developed a lot since then. I look forward to one day going back.
