This luxury farmhouse-style home is located in Seabrook’s South Farm District on a sizeable lot with two parking spots and entrance to the main level passing by the hot tub, BBQ, and firepit for afternoons in the sun and after-hour gatherings.
Once inside your pet-free sanctuary, you can unpack your cares in the entryway mudroom with white shiplap walls and a built-in bench that includes large wicker baskets for storage. Onto the bright kitchen, dining, and living area where you’ll find yourself ready to cook, dine, catch up, and share stories of your past week. Sink into the cozy couch in front of the fireplace and officially unwind.

Outside the living space is the extended, fully furnished covered deck, which is dimly lit in the evening for relaxing and late-night laughter. At the opposite end of the deck is the window to the primary ensuite bedroom, which has a king bed, walk-in closet, dual sinks, double shower, and a soaker tub (that is best with bubbles).

The remainder of this spacious retreat is on the lower level and includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus a bonus media room with an extrawide Smart TV and fireplace built into the storage console. The bedrooms comprise an additional king and two queen guest rooms. Overall, Tori Pines grandly sleeps eight – perfect for a large family or a girls’ weekend getaway.
