Built in local Trebarwith stone and cedar, the feature windows flood the house with natural Cornish light famous for attracting artists and photographers. Upstairs are four generous bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. The highlight of the master suite is an impressive balcony with stunning views, the perfect spot for you to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or maybe sip a cocktail on a summer evening.
Downstairs is a free-flowing open plan space, gather around the granite-topped island in the kitchen, dine around the large table or relax on sumptuous sofas in front of the feature fireplace it is simply the perfect spot after a day on the beach or exploring the county. A separate games room with a smart TV, foosball table and retro arcade machine provides fun-filled evenings in.
Outside, on the large patio is a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a garden room which houses the hot tub where you can relax while planning tomorrow’s adventures.

The Master Suite is luxuriously appointed, with a kingsize bed, balcony offering 180 degree views of the charming Cornish countryside and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower. This relaxing bedroom boasts full height windows which flood the room with natural light, a perfect spot to wind down.An additional single bed is available in the master.

Bedroom 2 is a generously sized room with a kingsize bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Wake up and enjoy the beautiful sunrise as the large window offers views over the garden and rolling hills. An additional single bed is available in bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3 is versatile offering a zip-n-link super kingsize bed which can be configured as two singles. Situated at the front of the house, the view through the elegantly shuttered windows, offers glimpses of the sea.

Bedroom 4 is versatile offering a zip-n-link super kingsize bed which can be configured as two singles. Situated at the front of the house, the view through the elegantly shuttered windows, offers glimpses of the sea towards Trevose.

Bedroom 5 is situated on the ground floor and features tiled floors with underfloor heating. Again, the super kingsize zip-n-link bed can be configured as two single beds, and also has a smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower

The family bathroom features a large bath, rainfall shower and heated towel rail. Perfect for big families and groups of friends, the bathroom also has a vanity unit with sink and illuminated mirror and WC.
Kitchen & Dining Room
The fabulous kitchen with oodles of cupboards and an impressive granite topped island, features a breakfast bar, range cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine. Whilst the dining area provides a generously sized table and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy family meals or group celebrations.
