Property is roomy and lovely. The pool was a bonus. The stairs were more of a problem than we expected. Not good for older adults with mobility issues. Once in the apartment it was great.

Awesomeness!!!

This property was absolutely perfect in every way. Owners took great care in theming and details, down to quarters for the gum ball machine!! It was easy to get to, immaculate, as advertised, with excellent owner communication. Next time, I’m in need of lodging in Paducah, I’ll be staying here.

Awesome respite in Paducah close to everything

We (three friend) were here to run the Tunnel Hill 50 miler in Vienna IL on Saturday. Tana's place provided us a gorgeous, large space to spread out over two nights, make our own breakfasts, and get ready for the run early morning. And for dinner or was course to Broadway! The apartment is impeccable and Tana is a wonderful host

The space was so interesting - beautifully furnished, kind of an odd set up with the rooms be we loved it! Tana was helpful and very responsive. Originally I thought it was a little farther away from the river than I wanted but it turned out to be a fabulous find. Paducah is a cute town and takes no major effort to get around. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool because we had too many other things to do in a short time. Make a reservation at the Freight House - it is fabulous! We had a great time in Paducah!!

Bday trip with friends

Beautiful Condo, comfy place to hang out. Used the pool; very nice. One very large bedroom, 2nd and porch nice the “extra” bed is in a walk in closet. Not thrilled about paying a damage waver OR putting $ (3,000 dollars) on hold until we checked out. I am sure the owners have needed this in the past but we were not those guests. Location good.

First Class Spacious Stay

Condo is huge! Lots of room to entertain with fully appointed kitchen. Enjoyed the huge shower. Swimming pool, though small, is brand new and sparkling clean. Parking was no problem. Not suitable for elderly due to stairs, but handrail is very sturdy and I think the 12' ceilings make the climb we worth it. Linens were excellent!!

Property is great! It was clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. Location was ideal. Plenty of parking. Having a washer/dryer was helpful. The master shower is a dream come true. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. We had 3 generations staying for graduation weekend. The steps (24) were a bit much for the grandparents but we knew going in they were there. There were multiple, expensive, decorative items we put into a closet to keep away from the 2 year old. The layout is "interesting." It worked for us, we were all family, but depending on the dynamic of your group, it might not be a good fit. Access to the 4 season sunroom is literally by walking THROUGH the master bedroom. The 4th bed is IN the master bedroom closet. If you're expecting the privacy of being able to just close a bedroom door, this is not the place for you.Lastly, the listing is a little bit inaccurate. Technically, the condo has three bedrooms that would sleep 6. But the "pull out couch" in the four season room is non existent. Tana admitted as much when we inquired about how to pull it out for sleeping. The 4th bed, to be able to sleep 8, is IN the master bedroom closet. When we booked, the listing actually said "sleeps 10." There were supposed to be 10 of us, but only 9 made the trip. Luckily for us, there were 3 kids small enough to fit on a blow up toddler bed and the 2 sections of the "pull out couch" pushed together.More photos and a more accurate listing would be nice
