“House was great. Clean and looked the same as the pics. Close to the beach. I loved the screened in porch. We spent most of our time there. Communication was great! I had a question and called after hours. I was expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised when she answered. There were six of us. We knew the house was small and we expected it to be tight, but with the layout of the house and the outdoor space we were not on top of each other. We had a great time! Thank you!”

“Golf cart and big fenced backyard for one smaller dog make this a PLUS! Easy communication w owner, house is very comfortable, excellent location. Kitchen could be more organized and showers more uniformly stocked, each was hit or miss w soap body wash etc so I’d suggest bringing your own, and housekeeper needs to check closets for dirty towels etc, otherwise a great place for the price. Bring your own beach towels, but I think site mentions that (We brought our own) would def stay here again....

“We had a blast at Magnolia beach! Lots of fishing at chocolate bayou, magnolia beach fishing marina, and the port lavaca pier! Even whent swimming at the port lavaca community pool! Tonjas house is amazing, and neighbor Judy is such a doll! It was a great place to stay and a wonderful home base while we were down there having fun! Will definitely book this house again in the future!”

“Our family decided to go to Matagorda at the last minute and we’re able to book a trip at this house. It was easy affordable, and we had the best time ever. They made the process easy to check in and out. The house was family, friendly to play games and engage with everyone together.”

“Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us...
