Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
