“Very bad check inn. No help from check in person. He was just interested in the turisttax, and even charge us for an extra day, but would no give a receipt for the payment, not possible. Only one key card to the room, that a problem when you are two persons. Extra key card not possible, but he could not care less. We were told to contact the chat for the company. I did that 3 times, but no reply. No cleaning of the room during our 3 days stay, not possible were we told. The safe was not fixed...

I would like to mention that it can be noisy late at night because it is located on a busy street.Over all David is the most attentive person and is so knowledgeable about Palermo.
