“This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in all our years of renting vacation places. The house was well equipped, comfy bed and was pleasingly quiet..and not to forget, the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of drinking wine!! ...our host and the property manager were wonderful and very responsive! When we arrived, the property manager had 12 delicious peaches waiting for us!! The house has all you need for a great stay and you won't be disappointed...we will certainly rent...

“We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. We look forward to staying at Tres Chivas next summer.”

Turn right out the front door and walk a few blocks and you are there! Also, Brenda was very responsive and overly patient. I bombarded her with questions when we arrived only to learn that an email that went to spam had answered all my questions. We would stay again. ”

The property is like an apartment on the side of the homeowner’s residence, with a separate entrance. It has a very modern look and is well stocked with all of the essentials. “We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again.”
