The fabulous backyard features a heated pool with an integrated spa and a tanning deck, an outdoor shower, chaise lounges and a daybed - plus alfresco dining and a BBQ grill. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This gorgeous property captures the magic of Palm Springs living. The very private backyard is spacious and well-planned. It features a large pool with an integrated waterfall spa and tanning deck surrounded by chaise lounges, a daybed, and alfresco dining for up to 4 guests, plus a BBQ grill. There is even an outdoor shower. You'll also find a fabulous side yard with a firepit lounge. Mature landscaping, towering palm trees, and absolutely stunning mountain views add to the magic of this vacation home rental.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Gorgeous. Sleek. Contemporary. Elevista looks as though it were ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest Magazine. It features clean lines, an open-concept floor plan, and sliding walls of glass that open up to reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. The living room - which features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating - is open to the dining area and fabulous chef's kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Like an upscale boutique hotel, all sleeping quarters have been beautifully decorated and feature hotel-quality mattresses and ample storage. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, a flatscreen TV, direct access to the fabulous pool yard, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and two rainfall showerheads. The Guest Bedroom features a King bed, direct access to the outdoor fire pit lounge, and easy access to the guest bathroom.

You'll also find a poolside napping room with a Queen bed - perfect for getting away for some alone time, or for taking a nap after a swim.

THE LOCATION
Prime corner-lot location in the very popular Deepwell Estates - one of Palm Springs' most sought after neighborhoods. Located within walking distance to very popular South Palm Springs night spots like The Purple Room, Mr. Lyon's, The Saguaro and The Ace Hotel. Some of the city's best restaurants including SOPA, Europa and 533 Viet Fusion are right down the block. Lovely house

Elevista is a lovely and comfortable house. It is a walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive from downtown palm springs. We had a nice time and thank you to the management team for being responsive to issues as they come up.

Getaway to Deepwell Estates

We took a short getaway to Palm Springs and stayed at Deepwell Estates. It was a beautiful property that was very well kept and comfortable. It had a modern feel with the comfort of feeling like you were at home! I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Modern Stay

Elevista is a lovely, modern property with a great pool. Everything is well equipped, clean and maintained. It's a great place to relax and enjoy Palm Springs. Easy walk to Ralphs and other stores. Great stay.

Elevista was excellent!

This house is great. We loved the layout, the kitchen, the bedrooms and the rest. The open floor plan makes it feel huge. The bathrooms were modern and clean. We needed a little help with the remote control for the jacuzzi, but someone from Acme came right out to help us. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we loved it.

Perfect Deepwell Getaway

This property is amazing. The interior of the home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and stunning. Most of the backside of the property is all windows that face out to the backyard/ pool area, and famous desert mountains beyond. I came for a week to disconnect and recharge and this home offered the perfect spot for that. Deepwell is a quiet neighborhood. You can still walk certain places - even downtown if you're adventurous - but it feels slightly tucked away. The pool is large and both it and the spa were well maintained. Everything about this property was perfect. The rental company were also great to work with, very quickly answering any questions, and providing every detail of information needed for arrival upfront. I will definitely consider this home again for future visits.

Wonderful getaway for 40th Birthday!

I think this is a perfect place for 2 couples/4 people. There is a 3rd bedroom, but it doesn’t compare to the 2 rooms in the main house. The pool was an awesome accommodation and private. I missed being able to play music, but it’s not at fault of Elevista, just a general “quiet” rule that Palm Springs has. Entering and exiting the residence during our visit was easy peasy. We asked for a later check out on our last day and they were accommodating for a small additional fee. Overall, I would recommend and be happy with staying at Elevista again. Quick get away

We booked last minute and were not disappointed at all with the house. It was impeccably clean, private, peaceful and relaxing. We cooked some days and used the bbq which was very clean and the location was perfect for day hikes, golf and eating out. We loved the outdoor shower and pool. Little touched like the filtered water, coffee upon arrival was appreciated as well as the yoga matt and weights we used poolside. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you.

Perfect house and location for a relaxing getaway

Wonderful property with an amazing backyard pool/spa. The house is clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Everything was in order and just as depicted in the listing. The property manager is responsive, and easy to reach via e-mail or text. The real gem of this vacation rental is the backyard. The pool was clean and heated (with extra fee). The tanning shelf and umbrella is a great place to lounge away the afternoon, and the yard gets good sun from early morning to well into the afternoon. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to get the sunsets and mountain views, with easy access through the sliding doors off the main bedroom. The neighborhood is beautiful, and very near several grocery stores and a short drive into the main part of town, but without the hustle and bustle (and cost $$) of the more well known Movie Colony or Racquet Club neighborhoods. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Awful stay. I come to Palm Springs 1-2 times a year and have never had such miserable communication and experiences with a property management company. Switched houses on me a week before my trip and never even updated it on their end. Had no power the entire first day there. Pool and spa were cold until the third day there when someone finally came out to fix it. No hot water in master tub. Cleanliness was subpar especially in master bath. They finally offered to refund me some money after having to haggle over it. They never sent the addendum for the refund even after multiple calls from myself and VRBO. Will never use this company again and will warn others. ACME is either unethical or inept at their jobs.

Beautiful Rental!

Elevista was perfect for our family of 3. The home was spotless, beautiful, and comfortable. It had everything we needed except for a blender (Pina Coladas by the pool is a must!). A couple of things for Acme to note: The gardeners should pick up the grass trimmings, so they don't end up in the pool. The pool service guys did next to nothing (seriously, they poured in some chemicals and not much else), and my pool vacuum from the '80s would have run circles around the suction vacuum at Elevista. Luckily, we found cleaning the pool to be a fun challenge and were feeling pretty good about the job we did! Overall, we loved Elevista and would be more than happy to rent again.

Quiet Property Close to Most Things in Palm Springs but a Little too Modern

Beautiful property in a central location to everything in Palm Springs. The kitchen has everything you will need and a lot more if you can actually reach into the tall cupboards. Many of the modern/fashionable features of the house do not work very well. The rain fall shower heads were clogged and not enough pressure to feel clean, one bathroom has a hand wand in the shower but is hard to use and not spray out the open door. The Buddha head garden area in the main shower looks cool but you can see the tops of people's heads walking around the house next door and there is no shade/closer to block the view if they wanted to peek over the wall and directly into the shower. One sink drains slowly due to a rock "feature" and can overflow very fast, the other sink is poorly designed and awkwardly sloped and has to be cleaned constantly to get toothpaste down to the drain. The nice looking black lounge chairs/bed can not be used due to the black color absorbing too much heat. I understand its Palm Springs in summer but even with the umbrella over it they are unusable and wonder at the choice of picking black? My biggest issue and why I didn't give this property five stars is because the pool and yard were very dirty when we arrived, which is a bummer because we rented the (not cheap!) house for the nice pool. I'm aware of wind and storms blowing debris into the pool but I don't think the pool or grounds maintenance people showed up on the Wednesday and Thursday that they were supposed to. The palm fronds/bush debris was at the bottom and top of the pool and hot tub and jammed into the pool filter so much it hardly worked, also the chlorine dispenser was empty so the pool was also not being treated. It was irritating but not the end of the world and so I cleaned with the skimmer as best I could and knowing that the pool person was scheduled to be there on Saturday (two days later)I didn't call anyone for maintenance. The pool guy showed up, skimmed for a few minutes for show, dumped in an unmeasured amount of chlorine from a jug and left within fifteen minutes leaving the pool and hot tub still very dirty and not treated. I sent a message to the host after our stay with some input, more so just to inform them that their workers aren't doing what they are supposed to but I didn't get any response. Overall the house is quiet and relaxing but needs a bit of work and thought towards function over fashionable to make it perfect.

Rest & Relaxation Perfected!

We recently stayed at Elevista and it was the best rental we've enjoyed in PS to date. The house was immaculate, the property management service attentive and we loved every last minute of it. We have two boys, 10 and 11 and the pool provided lots of entertainment and there was enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location of the property is close to everything: grocery stores, restaurants, airport which led to a very relaxed stay. We'd have no hesitation in rebooking and look foward to returning again soon!
